Our crusts have NO EGGS, NO CORN and NO PRESERVATIVES! In fact, our Dough Balls are free from the top 8 Allergens! But they are certainly not free from taste! Our Dough Ball has proven to be the most popular seller! Customers (especially with Egg, Dairy and Corn allergies) are using our Dough Balls to make anything from Sandwich Bread, SOFT PRETZELS (see instructions in the picture) and Stromboli to Cinnamon Rolls with it! The possibilities seem to be endless. Where will your imagination take you? Our 1.6 lb Dough Ball can stay in the fridge, up to 1 week. Thaw. Dust with GF flour or starch before rolling it to desired shape. Pizza stone is NOT recommended. Add toppings and bake in oven on a cookie sheet at 350 Degrees for approximately 25 - 30 minutes, or until crust becomes a golden brown.
